Arlyce A. Cleveland is the President and sole shareholder of Arlyce Cleveland, Ltd., a respected CPA and business advisory firm located in the Twin Cities area. With over 30 years of experience, Arlyce has dedicated her career to helping business owners understand their financials and create strategic plans for sustainable growth—emphasizing the importance of setting clear goals for one, five, and ten years into the future. As she often notes, “Most business owners don’t plan to fail—they simply fail to plan.”

Before founding her firm, Arlyce held key leadership roles in the private sector, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for a manufacturing company and Controller for a communications firm.

Arlyce earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Metropolitan State University in 1998 and became a licensed CPA in Minnesota in 1999. She completed the AICPA Business Valuation program in 2000 and was honored with the Business Advisory Council’s National Leadership Award in 2001. She has also been published in, and is a lifetime member of, The National Registry of Who’s Who.

Outside of her professional achievements, Arlyce enjoys an active and fulfilling personal life. She is happily married to her husband Tim and is the proud mother of Jessica and Jason, mother-in-law to Derek and Brittney, and grandmother to Cecillia, Cooper, and Colt. Arlyce is an avid golfer with the rare distinction of scoring two hole-in-ones and enjoys horseback riding with her four beloved horses.
