Founded in 1990, Arlyce Richardson, Ltd. started out providing business consulting for small to medium-sized businesses. As we have grown over the years we began to offer more accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll services while still focusing on maintaining customized services and tax consultation to fit every client’s needs.
The team at Arlyce Richardson, Ltd. is large enough to handle all of your needs, yet small enough to give you the direct personal attention you deserve. With over 20 years of experience our team combines expertise in business operations, marketing, consulting, and financial accounting to help companies ultimately maximize their profitability.

Arlyce A. Richardson, CPA, ABV
Ms. Richardson is the President and sole shareholder of Arlyce Richardson, Ltd. conveniently located in the Twin Cities area. Over the past twenty years, Arlyce has worked to educate and train business owners about the importance of understanding their financials and planning for where they want their business to be in one, five, and ten years. She knows the biggest problem with business owners is that they don’t plan to fail; they just fail to plan.
Before starting Arlyce Richardson, Ltd., Arlyce worked in the private sector for nine years as CFO of a manufacturing company and Controller of a communications company.
-Ms. Richardson received her Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University in 1998.
-She became a licensed CPA in the state of Minnesota in 1999.
-She completed the AICPA Business Valuation program in 2000.
-She earned the Business Advisory Council's National Leadership Award in 2001.
-She’s been published in and is a lifetime member of The National Registry of Who’s Who.
Arlyce has two children Jessica (25) and Jason (21) and one son-in-law Derek (25). She loves golf and has the great fortune of not only one – but TWO “Hole-in-Ones.”
Donna M. Haluptzok, CPA
Donna is an experienced and decorated CPA that has been with Arlyce Richardson, Ltd. for over 12 years. She brings an extensive background in personal and business accounting services.
-She worked for 12 years on the corporate Accounting Team at Starkey Labs and Crystal Farms.
-She worked for 3 years as the accountant for C-Aire Compressors and then Pneu-Motion, Inc.
-She completed her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Metropolitan State University in 1998.
-She joined Arlyce Richardson, Ltd. in 1999.
Donna passed her CPA exam in her first sitting in 2001 and earned the Minnesota Award of Excellence presented by the MN Society of CPAs for scoring in the top ten candidates who passed the exam.
Donna is happily married to Gary - her husband of 18 years. They live in Ham Lake and have two children that attend Blaine High School - Garrett (16) and Kaitlin(14). She enjoys snowmobiling, ATVing, golfing, and scrapbooking.
Debora A. Reimer, RAP
Debora is a Registered Accountant Practitioner (RAP) with a variety of business and management knowledge that’s worked for Arlyce Richardson, Ltd. for over 9 years.
-She Graduate from North Hennepin Community College with an Associates in Applied Science Degree in Business Management in 1981.
-She graduated from Century Community College with Associates in Applied Science Degree in Accounting and Associates in Arts Degree in 1991.
-She started working with Arlyce Richardson, Ltd. In 2001.
-She became licensed with the state of Minnesota as a Registered Accountant Practitioner (RAP) in 2005. As a RAP she is licensed to do everything a CPA can do but reviews and audits.
Debora is a single mother of two sons - Alexander (21), who is current serving as a a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division of the US Army at Fort Bragg, North Carolina and Andrew (18), who recently graduated from Forest Lake High School.
They live in Wyoming, Minnesota with four dogs and a Lessor Sulfa Crested Cockatoo. Debora is a Twins and Vikings fan that likes 4-wheeling, bowling, scrapbooking and photography.
David Magin, Tax Accountant
Dave joined Arlyce Richardson, LTD February 2007.
Deann Sandberg, Staff Accountant
Deann joined Arlyce Richardson, Ltd. in February 2011. She brings with her ten years experience in retail management and eight years experience in the Residential and Commercial Title Insurance industry.
-She worked for 10 years as a Retail Manager
-She worked for 4 years as a Disbursement Agent at a Title Insurance Company
-She worked 4 years as an Accounting Assistant at a Title Insurance Company
Deann is happily married to Eric - her husband of nine years. They live in Blaine and enjoy spending time with their families and friends, Ballroom Dancing, Kettlebell workouts, Camping and Hiking.
Judy Cochran, Administrative Assistant
Judy joined Arlyce Richardson, Ltd in February 2012. She is an outgoing, organized, and hospitable gal bringing to the office her warm welcoming smile at the receptionist desk. Judy is the friendly voice you first hear when you call the office.
She, in the past, has a long history with caring for the elderly in the home health field. Her educational background consists of being a Life Enhancement Coordinator, a Psychiatric Technician and Scrapbook Instructor.
In Judy’s spare time, with her husband Dan Cochran, are Marriage Mentors, lead a couples Bible Study, and are in an Elvis Fan Club. Her interest in reading includes a Book Club that she has started in her neighborhood. She is an avid scrap booker and card maker. Judy and Dan are happly married for the past 17 years, and enjoy their 5 children along with the blessings of 5 grandchildren.
